1. General Overview
Welcome to Yodo Sélection. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our B2B export platform. By requesting a quote or placing an order, you agree to these terms. We specialize in exporting premium Thai handmade products to international markets, primarily France and Europe.
2. Ordering Process (RFQ Model)
- Quotation Request: Our website operates on a "Request for Quote" basis. Prices displayed may be subject to change based on currency exchange rates and raw material costs.
- Final Invoice: A binding contract is formed only when you receive an official Quotation/Invoice from our Admin, confirming the final price including shipping estimates.
- Product Variations: As our products are handmade (e.g., carved soaps, spa products), slight variations in color, shape, or weight are normal and represent the artisanal nature of the goods.
3. Payment Terms
We accept payments securely via Stripe (Credit/Debit Cards) or Bank Transfer (SWIFT).
- Full Payment: Production and shipping will only commence after 100% of the invoiced amount has been received.
- Currency: All transactions are processed in Thai Baht (THB). Your bank may apply conversion fees.
4. Shipping & Logistics
We act as your agent to arrange international cargo (Air Freight or Sea Freight).
- Incoterms: Unless stated otherwise, shipping is DAP (Delivered at Place) excluding import duties.
- Lead Time: Production takes 7-20 days. Shipping takes 7-14 days (Air) or 30-45 days (Sea), depending on the destination.
- Delays: We are not responsible for delays caused by Customs clearance or Force Majeure events.
5. Customs, Duties & Taxes
Important: The buyer is solely responsible for all Import Duties, VAT (e.g., French VAT), and Customs Clearance fees in the destination country.
Refusal to pay these taxes resulting in the return or destruction of goods will not be eligible for a refund.
6. Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of international B2B export:
- All Sales Are Final: We do not accept returns for change of mind.
- Damaged Goods: If items arrive damaged, you must report it within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will offer a replacement or credit for the next order at our discretion.
